Royal Bay has appointed Charles Peck, Estate Agents, as the Sole Agent for this development. Charles Peck is an established agency specialising in retirement property sales and consequently are attuned to the needs and concerns of the retired purchaser. The Charles Peck information leaflet is contained in the folder at the back of the brochure. After making contact with Royal Bay your details will be forwarded to Charles Peck and a staff member will speak to you about your personal circumstances and how they can help.

Royal Bay has been involved in building for the retired for some years, and as part of your preliminary enquiries you have access to information from the brochure.

However, there may be an opportunity to visit existing Royal Bay sites to get an idea of the ambience and the quality of build and ask questions of the local House Manager. A show Cottage will be available for viewing from later in 2007. Royal Bay can assist with advice and sources of soft furnishings and furniture for your Cottage.

Contract.
Once you have made a decision to purchase a particular property a Solicitor needs to be instructed to manage the usual pre-sale activities such as, Enquiries, Searches, Survey, and Finance Arrangements. In certain circumstances some of the costs associated with a purchase may be met by Royal Bay. Once the contract is signed then there is usually a 10% deposit to be paid. Completion is set by mutual agreement between buyer and seller, depending on circumstances, but to within 30 days of completion of build, due for 1 March 2008.

Finance.
