Directions:

From Chichester - take the A27 towards Brighton, and at t roundabout take the  3rd exit onto the A29 fontwell avenue. You will find Claremont Gardens on the right.

From Brighton - Proceed out of Brighton onto the A27 towards Chichester. Continue to follow the A27.  At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A27/Lyminster Rd, Continue to follow A27, Go through 3 roundabouts.  At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A29/Fontwell Ave. You will find  Claremont Gardens on your left.
